Please Note:

    • In Studios and One Bedroom Apartments the Daily Rate is based On Two Persons sharing existing bedding
    • In One bedroom Apartments a sofa bed is available for  $30 per day
    • In Two Bedroom Apartments the Daily Rate is based on Four Persons sharing existing bedding (extra person or sofa bed is extra $30 per day)
    • Guests are offered the BEST AVAILABLE DAILY RATE at time of booking. Once accepted the daily rate can not be altered.
    • Rates are subject to change at discretion of Harbourside Management.
    • New Year Guests of Harbourside are able to invite 4 guests ($30 each) to join the celebrations on 31 December 2012. However there is no car parking for guests of guests and no overnighters.

     

    • Booking Conditions

      To confirm a booking we will require 50% deposit on your accommodation at time of booking. Full prepayment is then required by 1 October 2012. All New Year payments must be via EFT, Visa or Mastercard. If paying by credit card a surcharge of 1.5% will be added to your payment. Once each payment is made we do not offer any refunds so we urge you to acquire travel insurance.
